We are habituated to spend long hours staring at the computer screens, which results in strained & tensed eye muscles and eventually deterioting eyesight.
Try this simple cost-free eye exercise to relax, strengthen and revitalise your eyes:
Close your eyes and imagine that you are gazing at the face of a huge clock with numbers and hands. Imagine that the entire wall is the face of the clock and open your eyes.
Look up at 12 o'clock.
Look down at 6 o'clock.
Look at 3 o'clock.
Look at 9 o'clock.
Finally, Move your eyes slowly in big, round, smooth circles. Start with 12 o'clock and proceed further, right round the clock face.
