From 3 months ago, Spanish Customs is charging very high penalties if the cargo is not transshiped on time.
For all transhipment cargo via Spain , pls be reminded you are required to send commercial invoices, together with your shipping documents, to Globelink Uniexco before the vessel arrive at Spanish ports.
Globelink Uniexco must have the commercial invoice of the import T/S cargo at the very most 5 days after vessel arrival. If otherwise, you will have to credit Globelink Uniexco:
- usd 475 customs penalties.
- Warehouse expenses, depending on days of storage
If Globelink Uniexco do not receive this credit note before the vessel / truck departure to final destination, all this charges will be on final consignee's account.
